Design

Assist with initial site appraisal and review of design brief, to provide feedback on most suitable design approach. This may include a Pre-planning enquiry, and feasibility exercise to establish the best possible outcome when all variables and constraints are taken into account.

Planning

Once a design approach has been established, sketches and ideas can be explored with the client to evaluate the options, while building up documents either in-house or with other specialist consultants, prior to the submission of a planning application.

Building Regulations

Following a successful planning application, detailed design information can be prepared to assist with a Full Plans Building Regulations application, with either the Local Authority Building Control or an Approved Inspector.
